Getting More Distance

Players are always asking me for more distance. Try the following steps: Take a five-minute walk in your neighborhood... then stretch your hamstrings and hips and shoulders. Then, once you're warmed up, go to the course and stay active, keeping your muscles loose.
Relax your grip to
lengthen your back swing and remember: The power lies in our hips and thighs.

So, warm those muscles up properly and go for more distance!
