The Dunes House

The Dunes House at Palmetto Dunes offers the perfect place for resort guests and property owners to experience the best of the beach. Adjust your attitude at this laid-back island destination and enjoy the sand, surf, sun and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Open for lunch and dinner, the Dunes House offers a casual menu featuring local seafood, handmade burgers, grilled chicken, gourmet salads and other tasty treats. A wide range of beverages are also available, from beer and wine to sodas and signature frozen drinks.

This favorite beachfront destination also offers convenient beach access as well as public restrooms and limited on-site parking. The best way to travel to and from the Dunes House during the peak spring and summer season is to ride your bike or take the free Dunes Buggy shuttle. Directions to the Dunes House:
From the Palmetto Dunes entrance, take Queens Folly Road and make a left at the traffic circle onto Mooring Buoy. A Palmetto Dunes guest pass is required to drive through the north security gate. Make the first immediate right on Dunes House Lane. The Dunes House will be straight ahead. The Dunes House is located at 14 Dunes House Lane.
