Curtis, originally from the Caribbean, entered the culinary industry at the age of 23, and has 17 years experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants in the Caribbean and NewÂ Â York.
Most recently Curtis was the executive chef of the Harbour Town Yacht Club where he spent five years. Curtis is married to Coretta Lincoln and they have a wonderful 10-year-old daughter, Rohshaye.
As the executive chef, Curtis will be responsible for all food production within the resort,
including food for restaurants, banquet functions and other outlets. He will also manage menu development, the food and labor budget and food purchases, develop recipes, supervise production and kitchen staff, and ensure the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.
