Palmetto Dunes

Tempt Your Palate at Palmetto Dunes

One of the benefits of staying at Palmetto Dunes is having everything right at your fingertips. The beach, bikes, golf and fishing are all within walking or biking distance from your villa. The same goes for food. Whether you’re craving burgers, burritos or a seafood diner paired with wine, it’s available at Palmetto Dunes or across the street at Shelter Cove Harbour.

Within Palmetto Dunes is Alexander’s Seafood Restaurant overlooking the lagoon and a Hilton Head staple since 1977, along with The Dunes House (accessible to guests and property owners only), a relaxing beachfront restaurant with perfect beach fare: burgers, salads, sandwiches as well as beer, wine, soda and frozen drinks. If you’re in need of a quick snack, stop by the Palmetto Dunes General Store for a deli sandwich, some fried chicken, an ice cream cone or a famous cinnamon roll for breakfast.

Golfers can refresh and refuel at one of our golf course dining options. They include The Fazio Grille, serving sandwiches, snacks and beverages at the George Fazio course, Arthur’s Grille at the Arthur Hills Clubhouse, offering breakfast or lunch served indoors or outdoors on the patio, or Robert’s Grille on the Robert Trent Jones course, offering full-service breakfast and lunch, and a full-service bar, seven days a week with optional outdoor seating overlooking holes 1 and 18.

Check out more information on all the dining options at Palmetto Dunes.

At Shelter Cove Harbour, relax by the water and take in the views of the boats. Go French with the cuisine at Bistro 17 or indulge in pasta and a glass of wine at Little Venice Restaurant & Lounge. For Mexican on the marina, sit outdoors at San Miguel’s Mexican Café for tacos, quesadillas and icy margaritas.

What’s your favorite restaurant when staying at Palmetto Dunes? Is there a dish or drink you think about all year?
