Cardio Tennis offers the ultimate high-energy workout with an emphasis on drills. It starts with a warm-up, then the cardio workout, and finally cool-down phases. The entire exercise produces "Heart-Pumping Fitness." Instructors use heart monitors to ensure that participants reach their target heart rate. Times may vary in the off season - please contact the Pro Shop for details.
