Located 4th row, less than a 5 minute walk from the beach, you will find this beautiful 4 Bedroom 4 bath home. Recently renovated with all new furnishings in 2009 this home features a pool and large covered deck.

The kitchen is equipped with all your major appliances and an eat in kitchen with seating for four. The dining room has seating for 6. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa; loveseat, flat screen TV, DVD, and sliding doors open to the covered deck and private pool area. There are two master suites each with flat screen TV’s. Both master suites have private baths with Jacuzzi tubs and lots of closet space. The third and forth guest rooms offer one queen and one twin bed, each room has a private bathroom with showers. Each bedroom is equipped with cable and flat screen TV. If more sleeping area is required you have a roll-away bed that can be moved to any bedroom. This 3440 sq. foot home is the perfect place to lounge by the pool or relax under the covered deck. There is also a gas grill provided for guests use. This large lot has a separate two-car garage and plenty of room to park your cars. Free Tennis and High Speed Internet are available. Pool does not heat.
