Title: Sales Associate

Location: Hilton Head, SC

Description:

Continuously exemplifies the Greenwood Development Corp. (GDC) mission, values and customer service philosophy of GDC in job performance and in relationships to others. This position is responsible for selling and restocking merchandise.

Spend 100% of time on the sales floor.
Keep a clean and organized sales floor.
Be able to restock merchandise on the floor and replenish items on the counter.
Be sure to keep the merchandise moving-meaning, changing the floor every two weeks.
When an order comes in, be sure that the entire group is out.
Have a working knowledge of Impact selling program.
Loss prevention
Meet sales goals.
Keep store and personal motivation high.
Maintain an even level of performance.
Have a working product knowledge.

Requirements:

Must demonstrate willingness to perform duties. Flexibility to work a varied schedule. Sales experience, preferably retail.
