Website honors Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center with world ranking
HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. - The Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center was recently ranked No. 3 in the country in the category "Best Instruction Program and Events" by Tennis Resorts Online, the preeminent tennis resort Web site, which also gives the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center an overall ranking of No. 5 in the "World's Top 100 Tennis Resorts and Camps."
"What pleases us the most about the Tennis Resort Online was that the rankings are derived from visitor response and evaluation, versus advertising dollars or any of that other stuff," said Palmetto Dunes Tennis Director John Kerr. "We think it's very legitimate."
In addition, Tennis Magazine has ranked the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center among the 50 Greatest U.S. Tennis Resorts since 1975.
