Very good until time to go Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: all was well until check out. Check out was at 10:00am. I was carrying luggage to car at 9:20 am. When I returned to the room I found my wife upset. The cleaners arrived at 9:25am. My wife was in bathroom. They came on into the room. She told the man that check out was 10am, he said its 9:30, and went back outside room. When I arrived at room 3 of them were standing outside the room. One of them said "it's 9:30!" I told him, yes it is but check out is 10 and we will be out by 10. It seemed he was trying to convince me that check out was 9:30am. Someone needs to talk to this person and he should be more careful in the future

Reviewer Comments: The location of this unit is great, and it does have a really nice view of the ocean. Otherwise, I would not recommend a stay here. For starters, the swimming pool was under repair for almost the entire 8 days we were there. I was told this could be an issue the week before we arrived but was not offered any sort of compensation or given the choice to stay at another unit. The unit itself could use some updates. Also, the dryer did not work so we could only wash our clothes and then let them air dry.

Good central location with walk to beach or tennis and golf was quick drive as well. Would definitely stay here again.
