We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience during these projects. While some work may be noticeable during your stay, every effort will be made to minimize disruptions.
Windsor Place Neighborhood Project
November 2026 – March 2027 (Dates are subject to change)
Project: Elevator Replacement
What to expect during your stay:
Elevator Access: The elevator will be completely out of service for the duration of the project.
Construction Activity: Guests may notice contractors and construction materials in the area throughout the project.
Noise: Some construction noise may be experienced during daytime hours as work progresses.

Barrington Arms Neighborhood Project
November 2026 – Late March 2027 (Dates are subject to change)
Project: Exterior Renovations & Walkway Refinishing
What to expect during your stay:
Scaffolding: Scaffolding will be erected around large portions of the building at various times throughout the project.
Noise: Intermittent sawing, scraping, and other construction-related noise may occur during daytime hours.
Walkway Work: Walkways on all five floors will be refinished during the project.
Scheduling: There is currently no set schedule for each phase of work, so construction activities should be expected at any time during the project dates.

The Moorings Deck Renovation
Tentative Project Dates: November 2, 2026 – April 24, 2027 (Dates are subject to change.)
The Moorings will be undergoing a deck renovation project beginning with Building 1 and continuing sequentially through Building 12. Work is currently scheduled to begin on November 2, 2026.
At this time, each building is expected to take approximately two weeks to complete. Please note this schedule is an estimate and may change once work begins. Updates will be provided regularly throughout the project.
What to expect during your stay:
Tentative Project Dates: November 2026 – April 2027 (Dates are subject to change.)
The Moorings will be undergoing a deck renovation project beginning with Building 1 and continuing sequentially through Building 12. Work is currently scheduled to begin on November 2026.

What to expect during your stay:
Work Schedule: Construction will take place Monday through Friday only.
Construction Activity: Contractors, equipment, and temporary work areas will be present around the building currently under renovation.
Noise: Guests may experience daytime construction noise while work is in progress.
Deck Access: Decks for the building being renovated may be temporarily unavailable during construction.
Timeline: The schedule below is tentative and subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Barrington Court Neighborhood Project
Fall 2026 – March 2027 (Dates are subject to change)
Barrington Court will undergo a comprehensive elevator modernization project to replace aging components, improve reliability, meet current regulations, and support faster repairs in the future. The current elevator remains safe to use, with enhanced maintenance planned leading up to the project.
What to expect during your stay:
Preparatory Work: Preliminary work will begin in Fall 2026 and will not impact daily elevator operations.
Elevator Closure: The elevator will be completely out of service beginning January 2027 for approximately 4–6 weeks.
Testing: An additional 1–2 weeks of testing is expected in mid-to-late February.
Completion: The elevator is expected to return to service by March 2027.
Guests planning to stay at Barrington Court during this time should factor the elevator outage into their travel plans. Project dates are subject to change, and updates will be provided as the project progresses.
