Palmetto Dunes invests in New Property Features and Renovations

Central Parking Lot Project – Serving the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, the Palmetto Dunes Pickleball & Tennis Center and Palmetto Dunes General Store
This six-month parking lot project was recently completed adding 70 new spaces to the central parking area of Palmetto Dunes Resort. The whole layout of the parking lot has changed to help serve the increased the number of visitors and traffic flow that is here at the center of the resort, making it easily accessible to all of the resort activities.
A few additions include a new bag drop area in-front of Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, new irrigation, new landscape, new lighting, and an electric vehicle charging space.
Arthur Hills Grill
The Arthur Hills Grill renovation has recently been completed and ready for guests to a enjoy a modern feel and high-quality dining experience.
The new grill has updated indoor and outdoor seating available overlooking the driving range at Arthur Hills.
The Veranda at Arthur Hills
The Veranda at Arthur Hills is 2,642 square feet (Inside: 1,479 | Outside: 1,163) and can accommodate up to 160 guests. Guests can enjoy the newly renovated interior room featuring sliding glass window walls that extend to an outdoor covered patio providing beautiful views of the Arthur Hills golf course at Palmetto Dunes Resort. New Golf Cart Fleet Across All Three Golf Courses
A brand-new fleet of over 200+ golf carts were delivered to all three of Palmetto Dunes golf courses.
Toptracer V.I.P. Bay Updates
Palmetto Dunes’ Toptracer Range is the only covered driving range on Hilton Head Island. This Hilton Head range facility features 14 hitting bays, plus an updated V.I.P. area, all including high speed cameras, TV monitors, shot tracking information and games. Palmetto Dunes Toptracer Range is located at the Robert Trent Jones course with food and beverages are available.
Palmetto Dunes Robert Trent Jones Clock
The new Robert Trent Jones Clock is a popular photo spot before going out to play a round with your family and friends.
Hilton Head Outfitters Dock & Outdoor Surfboard Shower
Hilton Head Outfitters bike & beach rentals had a complete remodel of their dock from the kayak & canoe launch, as well as the top deck where you get your safety vests fitted, and even a stylish surfboard shower for guests to use to rinse off after a kayak trip in the lagoon.
Hilton Head Outfitters is an outdoor enthusiast’s dream. Choose from a variety of adult and kid bike rentals, electric bike rentals, beach rentals, kayak & canoe rentals, fishing and surf lessons.
Pickleball Visitors can enjoy Palmetto Dunes Resort Pickleball 8 Court-Rebuild along with 24 Courts Total To Play On
The world’s fastest growing sport is Pickleball and Palmetto Dunes loves to show it support here on Hilton Head. Palmetto Dunes holds a total of 24 courts, including this completed 8 court resurface with a NOVA Sports USA all-weather surface system. The Hilton Head Pickleball community is positive, uplifting and a social place to join in on some fun. General Store Patio & Concession Sign
Your favorite souvenir & snack spot in Palmetto Dunes had a front patio renovation. Before the Palmetto Dunes General Store had tables on mulch, but now you can enjoy your meal on a nice even surfaced patio and under the shaded brand-new picnic tables.
And when you stop inside, we’ve got a classic Coca Cola concession stand menu holding all menu options along and a friendly staff ready to help!
The Dunes House Deck
The Dunes House is Palmetto Dunes’ secret beach view gem. The entire decking has been replaced and the bar has been updated with granite counter tops.
This is the perfect Hilton Head restaurant spot for a cocktail, lunch view on the beach and live music.
