What makes it special

Complex Overview

The Barrington Arms Villas complex is located about 2 miles off hwy 278 after you enter Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. It's a beautiful oceanfront villa rental complex. Resort amenities at this location include a swimming pool, hot tub, and a beach pavilion surrounded by outstanding landscaped grounds. You can easily access the beach from a boardwalk that connects to the pool deck area.

 

Barrington Arms Neighborhood Project

A major construction project begins November 2026 and ends toward the end of March 2027.  This project will consist of scaffolding being erected around large portions of the building at a time, intermittent sawing and scraping noise, and the refinishing of the walkways on all five floors of Barrington Arms. There is currently no set schedule for when each of these items will occur, so it should be considered as a possibility at any time during this date range.  Dates are subject to change based on weather or any other extraneous factor(s).
