What makes it special

Complex Overview

Barrington Court Villas is a 5-story oceanfront building located about 2 miles off hwy 278 after you enter Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort just past Barrington Arms and Barrington Park. All the villas feature balconies facing the Atlantic ocean and there is no better way to fully relax on vacation than using this complex's spa connected to a private oceanfront pool, surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds and meandering ponds. When you feel like taking a dip in the ocean you can access our pristine 3 miles of beachfront on a private boardwalk connected to the pool pavilion area.

 

Barrington Court Neighborhood Project

Beginning in January 2027, the elevator serving Barrington Court will be taken out of service for an expected period of approximately eight weeks. The building manager anticipates that the elevator will return to service in March 2027.

Please note that all dates are estimates and may change as work progresses. Weekly updates will be provided throughout the project.
