What makes it special
The Moorings is located just inside the north gate and just steps away from beach and the very popular Dunes House beachfront restaurant (open weather permitting). This complex contains buildings that are two stories over carport-style parking with pool and lagoon views. Amenities include large private decks. There is also an onsite pool that is open April through September. This complex does not have elevators.
Please be advised that a full deck replacement project will be underway on all villas throughout the complex from November through the end of April. During this period, guests should expect ongoing construction activity, including noise and temporary disruptions. *Project schedules are subject to change without notice and are beyond the control of Palmetto Dunes Resort.
