- Additional housekeeping such as mid-stay clean or towel exchanges are available at an additional fee.

Housekeeping Services
Your villa will be cleaned before you arrive and on departure. We can provide additional housekeeping such as a mid-stay clean or towel exchange at an additional fee.
Housekeeping Fees:
Mid-Stay Clean – Clean entire villa, change all linens and towels
$135 - $200 for Villas depending on # of bedrooms
$325 – $450 for Homes depending on # of bedrooms
Maid Service - Change all linens and towels and take out trash
$120 – $180 for Villas depending on # of bedrooms
$180 - $275 for Homes depending on # of bedrooms
Towel Exchange - $30 per bundle
Swing King - Convert 2 twins to king when possible - $75
